Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ModelTally, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information.

ModelTally monitors how configured AI systems describe and cite businesses. Results reflect third-party model outputs at a point in time. They may differ from consumer AI applications, change without notice, or contain errors. ModelTally does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or placement in any AI response.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your credentials.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or probe the service.
• Do not submit unlawful content or content you lack permission to use.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's data or evade service limits.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription for future periods. Except where required by law, charges already incurred are non-refundable.

You retain rights in information you submit. You grant ModelTally the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, and transmit that information to provide the service. ModelTally and its licensors retain rights in the application, design, software, and documentation.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may limit access to protect customers or the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. ModelTally is not professional legal, financial, or marketing advice. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or security risk. Updated terms will carry a new effective date.
